– Founder & COO

As founder and President of several media and advertising research firms such as National Print Reports Ltd. (NPR) an advertising research firm specializing in reporting and tracking of advertising from National and Regional publications including various community newspapers in Canada and the United States.

Paul Mewett is uniquely qualified to advise companies in the area of business intelligence,data mining, media monitoring, marketing advertising and brand research.

Paul Mewett has over 20 years of experience in various leadership positions in media/advertising research, sales, business development and strategic branding.

Mr. Mewett also successfully developed and founded Media Facts Ltd. a National Media Research firm with five locations throughout Canada, serving Corporate 1000 Companies,PR Agencies, Law Firms, Provincial and Federal Governments.

Prior to launching MediaFacts Mr. Mewett was a partner and Executive Vice President for Business Development at AdScan Inc. a National Media Research firm. (purchased by A.C. Nielsen)

He has held executive positions at several of the nation’s largest research firms such as; Broadcast Monitoring and Research, Media Measurement / A.C. Nielsen and Ad Check Monitoring and Research Ltd

As founder and COO of SignUp Media Mr Mewett is heavily involved in the day to day managment and consulting requirments for both national and international customers.


Terry Foster
– CEO

Terry Foster, CEO SignUp Media, a skilled and dedicated executive offering an impressive 10-year leadership background in the media intelligence industry at leading companies in the UK and the US.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of BurrellesLuce. Terry cultivated loyal client relationships with the insight, vision, and enthusiasm necessary to inspire teams and garner impressive results. His complex business plans creatively shifted the corporate portfolio, focusing on a research and development business model that included strategic joint ventures with core industry alliances.

As a highly respected leader with a clear, focused direction, he has seen notable results throughout his career. Terry has been instrumental in corporate reorganization and restored client confidence by consistently delivering innovative products, services, and programs to maximize profits.

Terry started his career in London, England as Director of Client Services at Durrants one of the largest and longest established press cuttings agencies in the UK. He directed the company through a period of unprecedented growth to become the market leader providing strong direction, expert advice, and general counseling throughout his term.

Terry Foster’s extensive experience and understanding of international markets and sales strategies within large corporate environments, will guide SignUp Media’s corporate strategies and channel partnerships into the future by developing flexible product architectures and ensuring exceptional brand equity, and creating positive growth.

Terry holds a BA and Masters degree from The University of Western Ontario.


Daniel Leocadi
– CTO

Daniel Leocadi, a solid professional with 18 years experience of providing IT Solutions to varied businesses worldwide in the USA, UK, and France. He has focused in the past 11 years in creating software and products for the Media Monitoring space, pioneering the first electronic reading, clipping and dissemination system in the industry.

Prior to the role of CTO at Signup Media, Daniel held the position of SVP Software Development at BurrellesLuce where he established and lead successful software development and quality assurance teams. During this time he had to tackle problems such as scalability, high volume workflow systems involving a large user base, business continuity, and a cost effective approach that had to support a large and complex US based infrastructure. Adopting an agile approach to developing software helped ensure the business got continual value from the software development department in regular intervals. Daniel evaluated best of breed technologies to support the business goals both internally and externally.

Daniel was also founder and CTO of e-MediaWorldwide.com which is a successful web monitoring service servicing Fortune 500 clients. The business was sold in 2004.

Daniel first entered this space in 1998 as software development manager at Prominent Pages which was rebranded as Clipserver.com a media monitoring company in the UK and France. Worked with a software development team to create systems that enabled the company to deliver the world’s first electronic newspaper clips and editorial content to a customer portal in this new industry space. The company was successfully floated on the London AIM stock market.

He worked as a software development consultant in the UK working on projects for American Express, Eurolink, and FJL Systems

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Technology from Middlesex University, UK
